Partnership with The 20

In January 24, 2025 Assured Technology Solutions, a trusted provider of cutting-edge IT services, announced a strategic partnership with The 20, a leading national Managed Services Provider (MSP). This collaboration marks a significant milestone, combining Assured Technology Solutions’ local expertise with The 20’s national scale and resources.

The 20 brings a new business model called Managed IT Department (MID).  This aligns our goals with our clients.  The goal of efficient running IT is to keep the business up.  Since all labor is included, we work to ensure problems are fixed efficiently to minimize callbacks and keep the client running well. If a project is hurting efficiency, we get it done at no additional cost to the client.  The model is like owning your own IT staff to fix issues, without any additional labor costs.  The difference is that with The 20, we have over 400 staff to help solve technical issues.

Through this partnership, Assured Technology Solutions expanded its service offerings. It will leverage The 20s’ advanced technology platforms, robust infrastructure, and proven best practices. As a result, both companies have already been delivering more comprehensive and reliable IT solutions to businesses nationwide. The division of responsibilities is shown below. ATS is the local office and The 20 helpdesk and NOC are located in Plano Tx.
